Last night on THE SPIN, John Young took the night off so his wife could give birth to their daughter. Luckily, Sentinel Training’s Bryson DelMonte stepped up and joined the show.

We talked about the CrossFit Games heading to Albany, NY (which we already knew about for a month). John Young shared his TYR Wodapalooza predictions so we walked through those and gave our opinions on where he went wrong.

Then it was time for Blind Rankings. Bryson quickly found out it is much easier playing at home than being in the hot seat live on the show. Last night’s Blind Rankings topic: 2025 CrossFit Open Match-ups.

And finally, we talked (once again) about the World Fitness Project and why they have not announced the final two men and four women, the venues, the online qualifiers and why anyone would want to be a Challenger.
